Cape Cod Couples Therapy

Erin Aylmer, MFT, E-RYT

Hello, I am a couples therapist who is here to help partners feel more connected, understood, and supported in their relationships. I work with couples navigating the full spectrum of life including, family stress, infidelity, financial issues, communication breakdowns and emotional disconnection.

My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based, attachment-focused model that helps couples identify patterns, strengthen emotional bonds, and create safer, more secure relationships.

Alongside EFT, I integrate yoga and somatic practices into my work. I help clients develop awareness of their nervous system, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with their bodies as a source of wisdom.

In therapy, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where both partners can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand each other in new ways.
